After more than two decades in various finance roles within corporations, I came to understand something deeply: leadership isn’t just about knowing the numbers—it’s about finding meaning in them. It’s about leading with clarity, strategy and heart.
I founded this coaching firm to create a space where business owners and leaders could finally connect the dots between financial literacy, strategic thinking and authentic leadership.
