After more than two decades in corporate finance and leadership roles, I came to understand something deeply: leadership isn’t just about knowing the numbers—it’s about finding meaning in them. It’s about leading with strategy, insight, and heart.
I founded The Bainco Group to create an environment where business owners and leaders could connect the dots between financial literacy, strategic thinking, and authentic leadership in a practical, actionable way.
