Where you are is powerful. Where you're going is intentional. Let’s lead both.

  • What is a Fractional CFO, and how does it differ from a bookkeeper or accountant?
A Fractional CFO provides strategic financial oversight—not just transactional bookkeeping or tax prep. We focus on forward-looking business planning, cash flow systems and business decision modeling.
  • What kind of businesses benefit most from this service?
Service-based business owners, CEOs scaling operations, or founders preparing for funding, exit, or growth all benefit from having a strategic financial partner without the full-time cost.
  • What’s included in the monthly retainer?
Depending on the tier, services may include cash flow management, pricing strategy, Go/No-Go decision modeling, financial dashboard setup and monthly coaching sessions.
  • How long is the typical engagement?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months to build and implement effective systems, but longer-term partnerships are common for businesses scaling intentionally.
  • Do you work with clients who already have a bookkeeper?
Yes, we often partner with your existing finance team. Our role is to interpret the numbers, forecast outcomes and align finances with your strategic goals.
  • Who should attend these workshops?
These sessions are designed for leadership teams, departments, or cross-functional groups looking to improve communication, collaboration and accountability.
  • What’s the format—virtual or in-person?
We offer both, depending on your team’s needs and location. Virtual sessions are interactive and highly effective; in-person sessions offer deeper immersion.
  • How are these different from other team-building workshops?
We go beyond surface-level activities. These workshops integrate DISC-based team dynamics with strategic business literacy to align behavior and performance.
  • Can this be customized to our organization?
Absolutely. Each workshop is tailored to your team’s size, goals and existing challenges. You’ll receive a summary report with insights and recommendations post-session.
  • What’s the ideal group size?
We recommend teams of 5–25 participants for maximum engagement and impact, but we can accommodate larger groups as well.
  • Is this only for businesses, or can nonprofits participate too?
We work with both. The framework is highly adaptable across industries, including nonprofit teams and community-based leadership groups.
  • Who is this program best suited for?
This program is ideal for entrepreneurs, small business owners, founders and corporate leaders who want to lead more strategically, understand their financials and gain clarity on how to grow with intention.
  • What makes this program different from other leadership coaching?
We integrate behavioral insight (DISC) with financial literacy, combining personal leadership development with practical business strategy. You’ll walk away with tools, templates and decision-making frameworks—not just inspiration.
  • What if I don’t have a finance background?
No problem. The program is designed to simplify key financial concepts so you can make confident decisions—without needing to be a CFO.
  • Is this a group or individual program?
We offer both! You can join a small cohort for community and accountability or work with us 1:1 for a more personalized experience.
  • How much time should I set aside weekly?
Expect to commit 60–90 minutes per week for sessions and light reflection or action steps. Reviewing specific topics at a deeper level may require additional time.
  • Do I need to take the DISC assessment?
Yes—it’s a foundational part of the program that allows us to personalize your leadership development and financial strategies to your natural behavioral style.
